Office Fees

​​

• Individual counseling ranges from $175-$200 for a 50-60 minute session.

• Payment is collected at the time of service.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or card. 

• Insurance can be billed. Superbills can also be provided. I accept the following insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Trillium OHP, MODA, United Healthcare, Providence, Pacific Source, Tricare, and Cigna. 

• Sliding scale rates are not available at this time.

Affectus Counseling is located in Theel House, in the historic district of Beaverton, Oregon. This Craftsman-style house built in 1925 is fully renovated and ADA-accessible. The office is within walking distance of the MAX Light Rail and Beaverton Transit Center. Parking is available alongside the house and on the street.
